Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This allows time for your order to be prepared, quality checked, and carefully packaged by Velvet Rose Extensions.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Processing and shipping times are separate.

Velvet Rose Extensions is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been shipped.
