Processing time and shipping time are separate. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping times may vary based on the shipping method selected, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

For health and sanitation purposes, hair that has been opened, worn, installed, washed, colored, cut, altered, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible hair must remain in its original condition and original packaging, with all bands, tags, and packaging intact.

If you receive an incorrect or potentially defective item, please contact Velvet Rose Extensions within 24hrs of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Please contact us before returning any product. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

The number of bundles you need depends on your desired fullness, length, style, and head size.

For a natural/full look:

14"–18" → 2–3 bundles

20"–24" → 3 bundles

26"–30" → 3–4 bundles

For extra fullness or longer lengths, we recommend adding an additional bundle.

Velvet Tip : The longer the hair, the more bundles you may need to achieve a full look from roots to ends.

Your Velvet Rose hair deserves a little TLC. Proper care will help maintain its softness, movement, and beautiful finish.

• Detangle gently from the ends upward using a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush.

• Wash as needed with a gentle, sulfate-free moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Avoid excessive product buildup.

• Air dry when possible and avoid excessive heat. Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools.

• Protect your hair at night with a satin or silk bonnet/scarf. For longer hair, loosely braid or wrap it before bed to help prevent tangling.

• For wavy textures: Allow the hair to air dry and gently scrunch to help preserve the natural wave pattern.

• For straight textures: Use minimal heat when refreshing your style to help maintain the hair's condition .
